Spread olive oil over the chicken after rinsing the chicken and placing
it in a pan. Sprinkle with salt, black pepper, lots of paprika, some red
pepper flakes, some sage, some cinnamon, and drizzle with about 1/4 cup
of honey and 1 T of apricot jelly. Coat and bake.
